Tropics hit a nerve in my neck and reminded me that I have some leg racks. I bought them over 10 years ago from Home Depot, I think. I had been given a crappy set that didn't work, and were hard to store as the legs didn't fold.

The good racks I have fold for easy storage and the rack part slopes toward the inside so the legs stay in place .

Thanks Richie. Keep your eyes peeled for this style. They work great, and I assume with some hunting you may be able to track some down. I have some crappy ones too. I will post a photo of those tonight so people know what to avoid!

I just looked up chicken leg hangers on the web and there are a lot of them out there some cheap looking some higher quality Treager makes one also.

If you purchase one, make sure that the holder part that you put the chicken in angles in and downward (see second photo in first post).
