Hi all,
I am new to this forum as a poster but have lurked for years. I started smoking with an electric smoker. I used that for a good month before giving it away and buying the Weber Virtual Bullet. I had that for a few years but just felt the itch for something new. This past Saturday I bought the Kamado Big Joe from the Costco Roadshow. Did two cooks on it and love it.
