Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another cloudy and soggy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Hi Lucas and welcome to the forum. It is good to see a growing number of Brits on here from the south. What kind of BBQ experience are you getting at the restaurant and what are they using to smoke?

Hi Lucas - Yes you can name the restaurant - that isn't a problem here so long as it isn't overt advertising.
