LOL! Thanks Kevin. I'm getting to old to pull them all nighters. Started at 12am, took the pork out at 11am, Put 121 pieces of chicken in for 3 hrs was set up at the wedding by 4pm. Fun , but if I sit down I'd been asleep. Folks loved it, thats all that matters. To quote Dean Martin to Kim Novak, " There could never be too much of you,,, baaaby!"stupid phone.
What a great smoker, humbled we are.
Thank you sir. Yeah.... we can do that too, and your right, it is so smooth. Oh, if them mountains could talk... :-)That's a great looking cook, Wes. I'm sure everyone at the wedding enjoyed it. I didn't really know that folks in NW North Carolina could cook anything except some really smooth 'shine.
