Seeing some threads on making Brats,I've only had Johnsonville a few times.Never cared for them,never thought I would make them.Decided to give it a shot with 4 1/2 lbs 80/20 Beef 1/2 lb. Pork fat,mixed yesterday and rested in the fridge till this morning.
