My neighbor randomly brought a pork butt over yesterday and asked if I would smoke it in exchange for half the meat. . . Ah, yeah! He even already had the rub done. I normally cook the meat, give it away, AND pay for it!

Great free meal for the family and I got to have the fun of smoking as a bonus! Still Leftovers for a PP lunch tomorrow!

I got about the same deal with a guy I know,he pays for the butts and we each get one. Tasty looking pork!

HeHe, maybe bribery is a better word than give away! we need dog sitters a lot, smoked meat is the only way to keep neighbors from ignoring our calls!
