First time for everything. I debone the pigs head and stuffed it with thin sliced red potatoes and home made pork sausage. Smoking it at 250 with cherry. I'll share some finished pics later tonight

I like it. Should make good cracklins. Will you be cooking the skull including the brains, eyeballs and cheek meat?

I did a pretty good job at getting all the meat off the skull. The brains got pan fryer in some butter and went well with scrambled eggs.
 
How did it come out ? Enquiring minds wanna know...
