Time to roll out my baby sooner than planned!  I checked Costco and they have their spring stuff on sale, so now I can finally get a storage shed to permanently keep my baby outside.  I just need to find some time to buy it and build it.

Anyone seen the temps this week?  Crazy.

Yep...Mid 70's in Central Jersey the next few days. New record tomorrow...JJ

Im also excited to see the forums heat up again and the Q View start flowing.  Its been quiet!

Just as your season is heating up, ours is winding down. Too hot down here in the summer to hang around the smoker. I'll be watching you guys, waiting for fall & cooler temps.

If I let winter stop me, I'd only be doing this 2 months a year

I'm a year rounder, but ti will be nice not to have 3 layers on when i fire up Black Betty. For the rain, my parents bought me a 9' canopy for smoking in the rain.

But to answer the original question yes I'm excited the weather is warming up!

Happy Smoking,

I spent yesterday evening sweeping away the cob webs that developed over the Winter. If these temps hold I foresee a cook this weekend. Need to stop by Lowes tomorrow and see if they have their bags of charcoal out yet.

Its been spring around here for awhile now. I never put my smoker away been using it all winter. Winter time is really when I like to smoke..

My a/c is on right now But that is because the dogs will need it before we get home thto s afternoon. Been smoking all winter long
