Hey all, just introducing myself.  No my name isn't Bob and no I don't own a burger restaurant (check Bob's Burgers).  I am currently using a UDS for my smoking that I built myself.  I have a very basic setup and very low tech, however my smoker seems to produce better results than a lot of my friends' high-end smokers.  The best part is I spent about $130-$150 on my smoker whereas my friends have spent upwards of $700-$800 on their smokers.  Plus, I get to say I built mine (take your bragging rights when you can get them).  I've attached a picture of my smoker which currently only holds one rack but is expandable and I'll most likely be adding a second rack soon.  I'm here to get tips and tricks and hopefully share some of the things I've found to work well. I excited to be part of this group and hopefully assist others.
