Weather update from Ohio, it's 12 degrees here. I thought it might be tough to hold temp in my smoker, and was debating whether I should leave the smoker be this weekend.

Well, I got bored today, and decided I would give it a shot. I opted for Chicken wings, with the thinking I can finish in the oven or grill.

I made up a rub with spices from the cabinet, and tossed in a bowl. I let that sit in the fridge for a couple hours this afternoon, and have them on the smoker now.

They look good

What cooker you use?

I just have a small vertical charcoal smoker. Uninsulated, so I thoughtIt would be tough at such low temps, but I loaded the smoker once with charcoal and it was enough to do the wings today and finish on my grill.

I will be making these more often.
