Rib Steaks on the Weber “Q”

I couldn’t resist the 46° heat wave, so I thawed a couple of Bone In Rib Steaks for Me & the Missus.

Marinated them in Honey Teriyaki Marinade for a few hours, & tossed them on the Grill.

Baked Taters & Green Beans forced their way onto my Sizzle Plate too.

Twas a Fine Meal !!

Bear Jr & his wife dropped over later for some of the Cream Cheese Brownies Mrs Bear made for his 44th Birthday.

It was a Great Day!!

Thanks For Looking!

Bear

Time to fire up the Weber “Q”:

Half of that 31” of White Stuff we got is gone already:

Nothing much better than a pair of Rib Steaks on the Grill:

A little closer look:

Uh Oh—Houston we have a problem——No room for Sides on my Sizzle Plate!!!

Problem Solved——Cut Ribeye in half to make room for Baked Tater & Green Beans. Other half is subject to recall:

Also Mrs Bear made a Cream Cheese Brownie for Bear Jr’s 44th Birthday:

Thank You Richie!!

Yup---Our age must be close because my Brother was in 'Nam in 65-66, you were there in 67-68, and I was there in 69.

As for my Weber "Q", I like it, but it has some good & bad points:

It's very built well, and easy to keep clean.

However I don't like the layout of the two burners-----One burner goes around the perimeter, and one goes across the middle, so there's no way to only light half of the grill.

It would be better if one burner was on the right & one was on the left.

And Thanks for the Points!!!
