Weather was good last night so we fired up the propane wok. This thing gets crazy hot like a wok in a Chinese restaurant. The veggies get hot & a little charred, but stay crunchy.

We started with this:

Shrimp, Ramen noodles, green pepper, green onions, broccoli, sweet onions, garlic, & ginger. Also adding sesame oil, spicy wok oil, Szechuan sauce.

Get the wok fired up.

Add a little peanut oil.

Then in goes the broccoli & onions.

Next the spicy sesame oil, then the hot wok oil.

Then the onions, garlic, & ginger. Add a little more peanut oil & more stirring.

Next comes the Szechuan sauce, and as you can see I'm taking the photos & Judy's doing all the work.

Next the shrimp go in

Then the Ramen noodles.

Stir some more and add more Szechuan sauce

Keep stirring and it looks done.

My God, we attacked the plate like we hadn't eaten in days.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks JJ!

We don't have gas in this house, but our previous house had a Thermador gas cooktop with a wok burner.

This outdoor burner is a lot hotter than the Thermador was.

If your not moving soon, you may want to look at one of these. There not too expensive.

Thank-you!
