Need you help again, guys!

I am planning on smoking pizza and ABT's (first time ever) for the Superbowl. Haven't made pizza in a while and am a bit rusty on how long it should take to smoke properly.

Also, after doing some research, I read that I should allow three hours smoking time for ABTs. Does that sound accurate?

Thanks in advance!!!

The ABT time sounds right, I've never "smoked" a pizza.  I do my pizza as hot as my weber kettle will get with a pizza stone over the coals.  This does pizza in less then 10 minutes.

Never smoked a pizza either. Do it the same as Mike, on a pizza stone in my Weber kettle. I think you may have a problem getting the crust crispy in a smoker.

Hopefully someone who has done one will come along shortly.

If you cold smoked the pizza and then made it in a pizza oven or stove, you'll get a better crust.

I smoked a pizza at 350 and took about 20 minutes. It's really gonna depend on the kind. This was one from a local pizza joint.
