Thanks it wasn't so bad! The Big Ron's rub was pretty good could of used more on the chunk seem light on salt and was expecting some heat may have better results on the packer.

Thanks guys! 15 hours later it's resting for a few for lunch! I shut down the smoker and once it's cooled off we can see what's left for fuel never added any one kick around 5 this morning then I opened a second vent around 9:30-10:00 to finish it off. Pulled at 187 probed pretty good time will tell now!

That's awesome. One kick is definitely worth the overnight. I'll be curious to see how many coals are leftover.
