So needed something different to do,, Was hoping this would be enough for left overs but,,,,,

So here we go - 9 nice thighs to get rubbed down,,,why 9 was one doing circles or what?? oh well.

The rub - really like this for something a little different every once in a while

Put about a cup of oil and what I had left of the seasoning in zip lock bag, gave a good rub and into the fridge for about a 5hr happy hour

Going to try this flavor of pellets,

NOTE: If you nuke your pellets in a jar of some sort make sure you put them in ampts or amps ASAP or they will re-collect moisture,,

had a heck of a time getting these to go in my mailbox mod on the MES ,,but finally they stayed lit

And done,,, smoked at about 265 for 2 - 21/2hrs and dead on at IT of 165

Sorry the steam coming off was getting on lens of cell camera

Wifes plate

THIS!!!!! is why there are no left overs,,,little squirt ate 3 of them LOL growing kids,,

And the royal loyal cleaner upers

Enjoy!!

A full smoker is a happy smoker

Wow, those look awesome! ive walked by that seasoning many times and even grabbed it and put it back at the disapproving look of the wife a couple times, perhaps ill take a Costco trip on my own and grab some.

Did that bag of pellets specify what wood and such it was?

Seasoning is very very good, you will like it I'm sure,,, as far as the mixture of wood on that bag I will have to look but I THINK I read it had 30%oak but I will have to check.
