Looks good and I'm sure tasted better.

You know what Jerry? Its two different flavors. Oven and fried. I like both. But fried is our favorite.

Wow, ya knocked that outta the park my friend ! Very nice, looks very tasty ! Thumbs Up

Now I guess I need a fryer.... This hobby is expensive !

:beercheer:

Adam we fried one, smoked two, and smo-fried one. Smo -fried seemed to be the favorite best of both

I tried cold smoke and then fried once, couldn't even taste the smoke.

Maybe hot smoke then fry the next one.

Thanks Justin. Look at it as a investment. Ha ha

Looks tasty!! That skin looks super crispy!

Thanks. This is a way to make sure you get good skin. Lol. The easy way

I was wondering if that bird ever got finished!

Looks perfect! With a fried bird, most of the skin disappears while I'm carving! It just seems to melt away when no one is looking! :drool

Cook snacks!

Turkey fryers can be used for lots of things other than birds. I sold my wife when I told her that I could do authentic barbacoa outside if I bought one! She agreed!

Looks mighty tasty Adam. Nice job on the bird!

Crap, I forgot about this thread.

Thanks everyone and for the points.

I actually would rather have fried over smoked
