Hey guys. Going to do my first turkey breast in my mes 30 tomorrow. I have a question: I took the breast out tonight to brine it and it doesn't have any skin on it. Can I still smoke it without it drying out? Should i foil it to keep it moist? I am putting it in a pan in the smoker. Thanks in advanced for the help

The easist way would be to place Bacon all over the exposed meat .:drool , besides Bacon makes it better .

And ,yes , you could wrap fiol around her !

Cook @ 350*f for abaut 2 hrs. , it should be at 165*f and ready for rest of 39 to45min.

I agree with oldschool but your mes only goes to 275 so crank it up.
