Smokin' 3 racks of baby backs in my MES30. Rubbed with mustard and Famous Daves Rib rub. 225 for 2 hours. I think I'll wrap in foil and slathered with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ suace for an hour then unwrap for last 2 hours.

Also doing smoked veggies, already in smoker above the ribs. And also baked beans for the last half hour.

I know right, a guy cab get parched smokin' ribs on a 32 deg day. It's tuff but someone's gotta do it. \

yes I am , I'll keep ya all updated on the finishes product. YUM

Those look tasty, glad you got the snow your way we only got a couple inches on the grassy areas!
They were very tasty, I opting on not wrapping one of the slabs in foil and no sauce , and I still like the unfoiled ribs much better. And I like the Baby Backs better now than the spare ribs. This was my first at BB.  I have done spare 3 times and was not impressed overall. These were yummy.   A couple inches is all?  There was 12 where I am where it wasn't melting
