I stumbled here by accident trying to find andouille recipes the "traditional" way. I found foamheart who has helped me tremendously since signing up. I bought an MES along with LEM grinder, meat slicer, Weston sausage stuffer, and a complete AMNPS combo pack with the maverick thermometer. My wallet thanks you guys lol. Looking forward to learning from you guys.

Since you are going to be pressed for room for all that, I be glad to hold that slicer for you. LOL

Welcome to the forums.

Take a min., click the "My Profile" icon on the above task bar at the top of the page and take a few and tell as little or as  much as you feel comfortable with. BUT make sure and give a location. It helps a lot in discussions knowing where that other person hails from.

Lots of good stuff here, don't let it overwhelm you at first.
