I am considering Masterbuilt Model 20070411 a 30 inch electric with Window and remote. Any advice on this model? All comments welcome,
That's a good Smoker:

20070411 SS door/with window, 800 watt heating element, internal light, meat probe, remote control, wheels/handle, with heating element access door, small wood chip tray.

However, Many guys, including me have started with an MES 30, because we only cook for 2. Then end up upgrading to an MES 40, because it wasn't big enough for things like Whole Rib Racks, Brisket, and a bunch of other things. So we ended up spending more money, because we  had to buy them both & get rid of the little one.

Just a thought.

That is a gen 1 model (or at least that's what it is called around here). There are a lot of gen 1 users on here that love their smokers. I have a gen 2 which catches a bad rap. The newest model (gen 2.5 blue-tooth) seems to be getting great reviews so if you have the money in your budget to get that model that would be the way I would go. Also, if you can afford it get a 40" instead of a 30". I have a 30" and regret not getting the 40". You might not need the space that often but when you are trying to squeeze stuff into your 30" you will be kicking yourself.

I will give the  Model 40 consideration. I already have a Big Green Egg and a small electric smoker. Appreciate the comments on the generation 1 model.  I do a lot of briskets and pulled pork on BGE so would be an added benefit to use Model 40 as well. The  small electric is going to my son.

I might try my bread baking in it should the temp hold at 350-400 F, I currently do that in my  BGE or Napolean Gas Grill.

Thanks for the comments.
