Bacon wrapped pork fillets, twice baked potatoes topped with bacon pieces and brussels sprouts cooked indirect around the Vortex on the BGE.

-----

Towards the end of the cook the pork fillets were sauced and the potatoes and brussel sprouts were topped with a shredded Italian 4 cheese blend.

Excellent meal!

Very visually appealing meal! I know it had to be delicious also. I gotta ask, what is a pork filet? Is that a slice of loin, or a Doubled piece of tenderloin? Sure looks good!

Me? I had magic dusted hamburgers for super..... mighty tastee!

It is just a tenderloin cut wrapped in bacon, we got these off the Zaycon food truck./

Where'd you get the lil cast iron pans?

We use to buy the cheap little disposable pans but when you are grilling often they get spendy to toss away all the time.

10 oz rectangle ones

14 oz round ones

9 oz oval ones
