Going to do some beans as well unfortunately they will not get the smoke treatment, as the wife would not want them,
but here's the main players.

Looking good b-one!  I've never cooked beans on the smoker, but I wouldn't think that they would take on much smoke.  Am I wrong about this?

Lots of us do it I think it's a great change of pace. Just stir them up every half hour or so they can get a lot of flavor on the smoker.
