Do you make your own rub and sauce or do you buy it? I by my rub and make my sauce. Sauce is simple vinegar catsup hot pepper and some other spices. If you make your own please share the recipe.

Jeff's rub and sauce recipes that are available on this site are great. I made my own for several years until I found these. They are structured so that you can tweak them a little to your own taste. The proceeds go to the maintenance of this site, so that's a good thing. Give 'em a try. I think you'll really like them. Joe
