Did you use panko or breadcrumbs?

Looks like a healthier way to make faux fried pork chops.

I don't know what panco is because we don't have it in the UK, but I suppose dipping the chops in beaten egg and then coating them in breadcrumbs will kinda do the same.

They look fantastic I would never have tried "breaded" chops on the Q.

Something else to try.
 
Yup. Bread crumbs will work. I can't use eggs to hold the breading on so I used oil and the oil helps to fry.

Second thought make mine with one Chop---I'm still pretty full from Lunch.

Took Mrs Bear to the "Trivet" after my Dr Visit, and I had Fried Oysters (14), Fries, Eggplant, and a Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing---All for $9.95.

I was Stuffed !!!
