I have the 36 stretch and absolutely love it. It's the best smoker I ever had. Congratulations u will love yours to. Make sure to put up some qview of your cooks

We run the smoker typically at least 4 times a week so this wood isn't going to last to long. hahaha

Congrats on the smoker and the wood!  You are going to love reverse flow cooking on that thing.
In the short time I've used it so far I'm amazed how easy temp is to control. I always seemed to be fighting that on my past smoker.

Just one of the many benefits to a reverse flow pit is the quick recovery time after opening the door.  While you may lose heated air from the chamber while you have the door open, the RF plate is being heated the entire time so your meat is still being cooked with radiant heat...so if you are lookin' (inside a reverse flow), you are still cookin'...

Your going to love your lang,I've got a 60 deluxe. They are fantastic The one thing I would recommend ,if you haven't already,is to get the welding splatter off the reverse flow plate. This will make cleaning much easier in the future. enjoy

I just didn't figure I'd ever use the warmer box since we mainly use this at my house.

Yep!  I was jealous a long time myself. I even sold 1 of my beloved Browning shotguns to help pay for my 60 deluxe. Wish I'd done it sooner.
NO NOT A BROWNING!!!! Great guns, Congrats on the smoker, maybe you can re coup the money later on and get the browning back

A full smoker is a happy smoker!!

My late uncles (15 years) Belgium made Browning 12 ga is still a hotly contested item by every niece and nephew who ever got to shoot it. We all know the cousin who got it deserved it and there is no real infighting, but if she ever let's it go all hell might break loose.

They are magnificent firearms.John Browning is one of the greatest inventor's ever in America. He ranks right up there with Ben Lang, don't ya agree?  LOL

Congrats on the Lang!! Got my 48 Deluxe this past spring and love it. I find my cooktimes are GREATLY reduced over my Walmart special due to reverse flow and thick steel that holds heat. Enjoy that thing!!!
