Best deal on brisket I've seen in a long time. Their packers usually average 13-15 lbs each, not the 10 lb. they show on the add.

I wish the locals would do that around here. It's been completely horrible to get a good priced brisket lately.

Even Costco is expensive here . We have to go to Toledo to get one ( still high priced) , and the Wally World here in Fremont ,don't carry them anymore.

Aldi has cheap meat , but no Briskets and I don't think want to try theirs even if they id have them...

Just picked up a 21 pounder from them yesterday...ground it up today....best damn burgers I ever had...

You did what with it????

Good idea, Chuck is $8+ a pound right now, so why not grind up brisket!
We were out of ground beef, wanted to try something different. Have not smoked a brisket yet...and honestly I am a bit afraid to.....but that is for another thread. All the brisket I have looked at in Cash & Carry are whole briskets, that makes them a "packer" correct?

The only brisket I've cooked was almost $10 a pound. That's why there has only been one.

Everytime I have looked at Cash & Carry briskets have been right around the same $$ as a chuck roll. Very well may, grab another one next trip to town.
