Looks like a lot of us were busy last weekend. Here's mine:

Injected the night before with 50/50 apple juice and apple cider vinegar, and a shot of Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey. Rubbed with Tatonka Dust, and into the MES30 w/ mailbox mod, using 50/50 hickory and apple pellets.


These went in at 6am, and got done about 10pm, so I was way too tired to pull that night. Wrapped in foil and towels, and left in a cooler overnight. This pic is at 8am when I unwrapped it, and it was still hot to the touch! These were boneless, the only kind I seem to find anymore. I hate the way the processor mangles the butt when they debone, so I have to use silicon bands in order to keep its shape.

One pan will usually last the 3 of us almost a week. I sent one over to my in-laws, and they scarfed it all in one meal.

I wasn't there, but my wife told me she put it on the table and had to practically jump out of the way. This would be my son-in-law's family, who do not eat vegetables, and even look at potatoes suspiciously.
