Hi all

Planning my first pulled pork smoke on the weber and I'm trying to find a decent rub recipe.

What do you Brits tend to use/make?

Thanks in advance

Bam

This is a slight variation of the rub I use most of the time

80 g non-iodized salt

15 g Black pepper

15 g white pepper

30 g mild chilli powder

12 g English mustard powder

25 g light brown sugar

10 g garlic powder

5 g szechuan pepper

mix everything together and then blitz in the coffee grinder to a powder.
