Ok so I'm in for some BCBs this weekend!  Any quick tips??  Going to follow these guys.  They did them at 300F for 1h, but I would like to try them in my MES.  Thoughts?

Do you do these on the grill or can you do them in a MES?
I haven't did any of these yet, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't do them on the MES.

He said in video to do them around 300* for an hour.

If you do them post up some Q-Veiw for us.

Ummm, guys, these were................................  FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  10/10.  Wow.  I am blown away.

By the way, I'm trying different pellets.  We used oak.  BIG THUMBS UP.  I like it more than hickory which has a tang or bite, or something as an after taste.  I like hickory too, but oak is my #1 so far.

Cooked at 225F for 1.5 hours.  My wife did her own recipe (egg in the beef etc).  Im amazed at how much she is getting into this.  She was bitching about me getting a smoker.  Now she is loving it hahahahaha!

Some QView!

I like the way you slid the Jager in the picture there, just to make sure nobody said anything about using the coke can instead of beer

I have to keep wiping the drool off the screen so I can write this.
Definitely going to have to give these a try
