I deserved it, I have been a good boy! This was smoked in my new non-gen 2.5 smoker. It worked perfectly and pretty darn happy about that!

Thank you sir.

I used Hog Squeal, its my favorite pork rub at the moment. I smoked with pecan.

They were really delicious, melt in your mouth tender too!
