Tamales my first time making and eating them. Thanks ellymae for the instructions on the dough,my package is different.

Lets start soak the corn husk for a few hours.

My sauce I used 1 small onion fine dice,2 garlic toes,1 small bell pepper.
1 tspn of the Chilpotle Peppers sauce, and 1 can petite diced tomatoes

Sauteed onions,peppers garlic.added tomatoes and Chilpotle Peppers sauce

used an immersion blender to puree the sauce.

had 4 Chicken Thighs I smoked the day before.Boned out and chopped.

Drained Husk kept them just moist

Mixed my dough by hand I think it was a little dryer then it should have been.
