I got some chuck steak out for supper.

Seasoning was this.



Letting the seasoning settle in.



Fired up the mini with pecan.



Getting some nice smoke.




Didn't take long.

I usually smoke every weekend plus some during the week. Just dont post all of them.

That steak looks great,I have only used Pecan on Chicken so far.

Is that a C-Man steak?

I would eat more beef could I buy steaks like that down here.
