gray court,sc
well i decided to try a smoked chicken lasagne,so went to wally world and picked up 2 packs of skinless/boneless breast. washed and cleaned them , then put in bowl with and a little olive oil, and a mix of pepper, garlic, onion powder, oregano, season salt, basil. and mushed it all over the chicken. then laid out on rack.

after about 1 1/2 hours at 235 with some hickory, we had:

so after a taste we chopped it up and added some mushroom and diced onion and tomato sauce:

now some sauce on bottom,a layer of noodles, a layer of chicken, then noodle, then ricotta cheese and some mozzarella, then noodle, then chicken, then noodle, then top it off with mozzarella sprinkle some parm and drizzle some sauce:

now back in smoker for about 1 hour at 275 and it's ready:

now all we have left is the salad and some garlic bread sticks and dinner is served.
