Howdy from Austin, Texas. I recently got a masterbuilt 40" electric smoker and am looking forward to using it. Have been reading alot about smoking and trying to decide if im gonna try chicken or a pork butt first. Thanks in advance to all the questions im sure I will be asking soon....
