1st smoke Ribs in my Mini

Did 2 small sections of ribs yesterday to break in the mini. Had issues controlling the temp,I think I had to much charcoal and my bottom vent, lets in to much air. The dome top off the kettle is to big.Making adjustments today.Here are the ribs.

Looks good to me!   If you want tips on the mini there's plenty of people to give you tips.  I have a basket in my mini so i light a small section on the edge of the basket (usually partial burnt)  from the prior cook and let it burn to the new stuff. It doesn't take much air on mine to settle in to 250-300.

Thanks I modified the charcoal ring already today,I will have to try that lighting one side.
