Excellent attitude!  Glad to have you aboard!  There is plenty of excellent advice from great people all around the country.  Are you planning to buy a smoker or do a build?  Whichever you choose, let us know by posting pics!  Search the forum with any questions you might have for someones post who may have had the same problem or start your own thread for your own answers.  Good luck and have fun!

Brandy spanking new to smoking my own meats and am looking forward to finding out how to do it the right way.

Been grilling for decades, often using wood chips for some added flavor, but always looked what those guys(and gals) on the TV were pulling out of their smokers and drooling.

So here I am.

Looking forward to asking some really dumb questions and learning as much as I can.
