Doing some more experimenting with a new process of cooking ribs....couldn't have been happier today.   Here's 2 racks of St Louis  i seasoned with Island Spice Jerk, sweet rub and applied a homemade BBQ glaze at the end.

Put the ribs on at 4 pm and the came off at 5 :15 with high sugar rubs.

Very juicy and tender.

...Some bite shots

Those look delicious! Please explain this method
Hopefully I'll have some good( I hope) news pretty soon and i can.  It's still amazing me because i can use sugary rubs and still get done quick. These have been some of the best ribs i've ever had.

Thanks!    Depending on the size ribs  so far it's been just under an hour to just under a hour and half...yep ribs definitely doesn't need to be hours to get rendered, tasty, juicy and tender ribs.

I guess FWI is not going to share his method...
No no I will just can't now.  It involves something i made and dealing with an attorney so I'm kinda at their mercy.  After that i have to deal with a fabricator...ugh.    Good things come....
