hello all, looking forward to learning to use this site and learning from what seams to be a knowledgeable group. hopefully one day could also give some worthy input.  I have built this smoker a coupla years ago  what style of smoker would you call it.  been mostly using it for bbq its real easy to keep it burning clean not  so much when trying to keep the temps in the cold smoke range. is there a forum dedicated to a style like this?

Welcome meatstalker! :welcome:
That's some nice flex on your CJ-5! Still rock'n the leaf springs too! Sorry, I get carried away.
Your smoker is very interesting. Nice build. Can't wait to see it in action!

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome and that looks like a pretty nice smoke house setup there. The search feature at the top of the page is really awesome. Just type in what you want to know. Happy smoking. timber

Welcome to the forum meatstalker! From the picks it looks like it is set up as a cold smoker. I would fire it up and see what temps you can get it to. It might do hot and cold smokes.
