Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum.

My name is Axel. I'm German, but currently live in Spain near Madrid.

The weather here is perfect for barbecue, so 1 year ago I bought a Weber 22'' Master-Touch GBS and some cooking books and started to try barbecue. also we tried some smoking on this barbecue, chicken, tturkey and also ribs.

Since last week I also own a Weber 22.5'' Smokey Mountain Cooker and last weekend tried to smoke pork butt for the first time using hickory wood chips. It came out delicious.

I'm looking forward to get more experience in smoking, finding tips, ideas and recipes in this forum.

Regards

Axel
