I forgot to take a picture of the final sausages! I will have to do that tonight when I go to vac-pac  them. The flavor is awesome. Only thing that I might do different is to add another pepper or two. Nothing a squirt of Sriracha can't cure!
 
Thanks Dirt..... Bride was just suggesting chicken sausage.... She needs it in some recipe she wants to make..........
 
Love Asian foods and This one I will try as well.  Love the ingredients, for that is what makes any sausage special, and something that you will make again.  Awesome job on this!!

Case sorry I almost missed this,I thought it was another post on the LEMon, that appears to be working great now. Did you apply for a job,maybe be a service center.

Wow! These things are tasty! The flavors have really melded together today. I could see this grilled then slapped on a Bahn roll with some Sriracha mayo, pickled carrot and daikon!
