Been up since 2 am today working on my first pork butt smoke, about 9 hours in and loved every second of it so far did a 50/50 mix of pecan and apple chips in my new MES and its lookin good! Just wanted to stop in and say hello and looking forward to a summer of smoke.
 
Welcome, glad ya joined us ! Start a thread in the pork section & toss up a couple pics if ya can... We like to see your smoker & Q !

Welcome to the site Mill M.  That is some GOOD looking filling in those ABT's.  What all did you put in them?

The butt is looking fine too.

One eyed jack, thanks! The filling was a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions and some chili powder. It was great!
