After seeing Bear's Rare roast beef i just had to try it!

I love Bear's step by steps!
I make sandwiches for most of my lunches I pack for work so I was very excited for this!
Picked up a 4.5lb sirloin tip. Coated with thick Worcestershire (actually ended up being Lea and Perrins steak sauce) and my simple rub. wrapped up and put it in the fridge for the night.
Here it is just before going in the smoker.
Fresh out. Smoked at 225* and pulled at 136*
Foiled and it coasted to 141*
Put it in the fridge over night and into the freezer for a couple hours in the morning to make slicing easier.
Threw some on hoagie rolls topped with sauteed peppers and onions and provolone (pepper jack and jalapenos on the wife's) and put under the broiler for a few minutes.
They were absolutely Amazing. I will be anxiously waiting for a good sale to pick up a few more roasts to get mine and the friends freezers stocked up!!!
Thanks for looking!
