Caution Read At Your Own Risk!!!!!!
Tonight was leftover night, so I figured I would just make a sandwich out of what would normally be on the plate and end up together anyways.......
So after the money shot, here is how we got there.....
On the griddle I browned one side of the garlic texas toast...... sorry no pic.
Then I made some mounds of my extra cheesy mac & cheese. Griddled till crisp and then stacked on the cooked side of the toast.
Did the same with the pulled pork. Make sure it is not too wet.... stack on the mac & cheese
I then added some provolone cheese (ya know for the gooeyness). Top with the other griddled bread.
Then back on the griddle to crisp up the uncooked sides of the texas toast.
So then we have the final shot before it was devoured. .....
This was a 2 napkin meal..........
