Hi, I'm Al in Aurora, CO; a transplant from Georgia via 20 years of bouncing around in the Navy. Settled here in 2000 after retiring from service.

I was a receiver of the newsletter until recently when I lost my job. I was receiving the newsletter via my work email, so I lost contact. My wife still receives the newsletter and came across a recipe for wings the other day that calls for use of Jeff's Rub, which I had on hand. Well she cant remember the rest of the recipe, so I'm rejoining using my home email and I'm trying to find that recipe for her. I see that I can check the archives.

I'm a sometime smoker and I really enjoy it when I get good results. I started with a Charbroil with the side bucket, I call it. (showing my novice-ness)(and before that it was the old foil pack with chips)  . Recently, I purchased an electric Masterbuilt PRO, which I've enjoyed using thus far.

I'll be subscribing to the newsletter after this post.

Thanks all.

Welcome to the board! You happened to catch us in a spamstorm. Use the Search to look up your model of smoker and see how people use them.
