Not sure the size but half of a whole one because a whole one is to much for the lady and myself. Seasoned up this morning with jeffs and wrapped until 3 when I took out of the fridge to relax before heading to the smoke. Placed my rub on before it going to the grate. Smokers set to 225 with hickory. Shooting for 145-150 it.

Oh I can't wait to slice and eat! Smells so good! Sitting at 140 right now little under 2 hours so should be almost 145 at 2 hours. More pictures to come!
 
Looks Great  Lots of people have a tendency to over cook pork especially pork loins
