Hi I'm Matt from Saskatchewan. Just got a masterbuilt electric analog smoker for Christmas and I'm loving it. I'd like to find some vent mods as mine only has the hole in the back for the probes. So far I've smoked some walleye, ribs, a chicken steaks and twice baked potatoes. Loving this forum you guys are masters.

Thanks guys, I live in weyburn used to live in saskatoon though. The walley turned out great I didnt smoke it like you would salmon. I just put it in a tray with butter lemons and onions and smoked it for half hour or so. It was great the wife said it was the best fish shes ever had.

My wife enjoys smoked meat, but I have a tendency to over do it, She will tell me to give it a rest Everything doesn't need to be smoked !!

I got that from my girlfriend that first couple years we spent together, but I've beaten her into submission.

Actually;  I think that she just gave up.  I do cook other things for her, on the stove top,  but the smoker is where I am happiest.
