Well ...

My Name is Jeff I live in Jupiter florida and I KILL and smoke A LOT of fish...

I also smoke pork,beef,chicken and pretty much anything else you can get a rolling paper around!!!(jk)

I'm 53 my b-day ia July 5 and I hope to learn at least 1/20th. the info about smokin meat here that I have about guns and how to ,maintain,repair and shoot as I have a gunbroker.com  general disc. forums..

Once i get this forum figured-out, i'll post more.Promice....lol

Thanks buddy, I have like 40,000 posts over at GB.I doubt i'll ever spend that much time here but,I love my indirect smoker and would love to hear ideas on ways to use it and things to do with it!!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

I live in Jupiter Florida,while their are a lot of really big Florida strain Black Large mouth bass around here,The OCEAN and the rivers is where I do most of my fishin...

I love smoked Mullet,kingfish,sailfish, about anything that makes a good smoked fish dip.
