Chicken thighs for everyone to snack on!

I recently bought this Weber Smokey Joe table. It is light weight and fairly sturdy.  The smoker legs lock into place in the slots you can see in the photo. A nice accessory.

Looks great BD! I can tell you this much, if my mini was that close to the pull it would either be swimming because the dogs knocked it in or dosed out because of the kids jumping in the pool!

Lookin awesome b ! I like some nice thighs... Chicken thighs too, lol ! That's a nice Q table, cool addition to the Q accessory arsenal !

Thanks Adam. They cooked up real nice.

LOL  Case as you can see.... The dogs are taking a nap in the top left corner.  Too lazy to jump about. Also they know that if they lay there long enough I'll most likely walk over and give them a bite.

I'm going to add one of those fancy chicken twisters just like yours! LOL  b

To give credit where it's due I got the idea from chef willies beer keg thread... I also think to do it properly I'm gonna need a silver SJ. I couldn't get it hot enough with the lid off. If the lids on there really isn't a need for the rotisserie... l'll have to try a few more smokes with it to get it dialed in...

I know that some gold SMJ users have added a bottom vent like the SMJ Silver has. You can get the vent cover direct from Weber. I'd install it, then drill the vent holes that way you can use the vent cover holes as a guide.
