I'm not a happy little camper at the moment.
I brought a cabinet smoker a little while back and decided to put it together yesterday as I had found a couple of spare minutes in my busy schedule.
Upon opening the box and unpacking the bits and pieces I discovered that there were dints in my new cooker and the more I unwrapped the more dints appeared. To add insult to injury the cabinet turned out to be one of the lightest gauge materials I've ever see n. Insulation? what is that?, I'm going to have to totally insulate the whole thing seeing how thin it is.
The attached photo is an almost exact copy of what I brought except for it being a single door.
I will attempt to use it once or twice and if I have no success I will remove the gas burner and racks and use them in another cooker which will be home made.
Did I tell you I wasn't happy?.
