Hello everyone! I'm Richard from Texas. Great site. I've found a lot of great info already. I've done lots of grilling but new to smoking. I'm interested mainly in cooking brisket and ribs. I am in the process of fabricating my smoker at this time so it'll be awhile before I get into it. Any tips, tricks, and techniques would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
